About me:
Everyone calls me Nat for short (he/him), so feel free to do the same.
Most people describe me as easy going, gentle, and say that my calm nature is contagious. I approach the world with open-mindedness, and understand through personal experience, what it can feel like to navigate life outside of traditional or mainstream expectations.
I have a good deal of life experience, including some amazing highs and some brutal lows. The more I learn, the more I realise how little we actually know, and that life has more shades of grey than firm absolutes. I therefore believe that practicing humility and openness is the beginning of finding wisdom and peace.
Training & Experience:
- MSc Counselling & Psychotherapy (Distinction) - Keele University

I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office, which means that I comply with current UK GDPR regulations, and have full insurance cover for counselling and psychotherapy.
I am also registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), which means that my qualifications have been officially verified, and that I meet their ethical standards for safe, professional counselling practice. You can also visit their website to check if a therapist has complaints logged against them, or raise your own concerns if necessary.
