About me:
Everyone calls me Nat for short, so feel free to do the same.
Most people describe me as easy going, friendly, and say that my calm nature is contagious. I approach life with open-mindedness, and very much enjoy challenging "the norm".
More than anything, I think that good counselling is about being with someone you trust, where you feel comfortable letting your guard down, and where you can say anything without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. I know from having my own therapy (yes, I've struggled at times too), that finding someone you 'click with' is a huge part of the process.
I have a good deal of life experience, including some soaring highs and some brutal lows. The more I learn about life, the more I realise how little we actually know, and that the world has more shades of grey than firm absolutes. I therefore believe that practicing humility and openness is the beginning of finding wisdom and peace.
